Hi, I'm Karen

I love nature, good coffee and spending quality time with friends and family. I also love to travel - to explore new places and hear peoples life story.
I have a passion to see people walk in freedom and wholeness. You do not have to wrestle through negative thought patterns every day. I have been involved in pastoral counseling and inner healing for over 10 years, and feel honored every time someone shares their struggles with me. We are all navigating life and we are not created to do it alone. You are not just a number! You are seen, you are known, you are loved. Unconditionally.

While I enjoy learning new things and have done multiple courses on mental health, coaching, art therapy and inner healing, I strongly believe that Jesus is the one who heals. I use various creative exercises that encourage you to connect with the Fathers heart. To hear His truth spoken over you and your life.
